Coaching provided through our platform is for personal and professional development purposes. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you require mental health services, please consult a licensed professional.
Coachify facilitates connections between coaches and achievers but is not a party to the coaching relationship. Coaches are independent professionals responsible for their own services, advice, and conduct.
We do not guarantee specific results from coaching services. Success depends on many factors including your commitment, effort, and circumstances.
Certain features of our Service may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide advance notice of any price changes and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
When you connect external calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook), you grant us permission to access and sync your calendar data. You can revoke this permission at any time through your account settings. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party calendar services.
The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Coachify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
You retain ownership of content you create on our platform (goals, notes, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coachify, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
